LIMITED WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty guarantees that your watch movement is free from defects in material or workmanship for two years from the date you purchased a Swiss Crown USA certified pre-owned watch from an authorized Swiss Crown USA retailer. This Limited Warranty does not cover the watch case, bracelet, clasp, crystal, crown, stem, damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse or accident. This Limited Warranty will not be valid if the watch has been tampered with, taken apart or repaired by anyone other than a Swiss Crown USA authorized servicer. Swiss Crown USA is not liable for any compensatory, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, and our liability is limited to the cost of your purchase. 

Please address any warranty service request to the Swiss Crown service center at (800) 528-4157 or by email to warranty@swisscrown.com. You will be issued a Warranty Return Authorization number. When shipping your watch to the Swiss Crown service center be sure to:

  • Include your Warranty Return Authorization number, a copy of your sales receipt as well as a copy of the Gemworld Pre-Owned Rolex Report.

  • Carefully package your watch for shipment.

  • Ship via a carrier that can trace your shipment and require a signature for delivery.

Please insure the watch for the full value of your purchase price.

We will confirm the receipt of your watch by email, fax or telephone immediately upon receipt and when we ship the watch back to you. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for repairs.

Please Note: We cannot ship returns back to a post office box or rural route. We can only ship to a verifiable address and a signature is required. We reserve the right to refund to you the price you paid for the watch in lieu of repairing it under the Limited Warranty. Additional documentation for international shipments may be required.
